My job is to make sure the plans, builds, and advice on this site are clear, accurate, and practical for real builders. When something deserves a closer look — whether it’s a structural detail, a building tip, or an explanation that needs to be absolutely clear — you may see an Inspection Note from me in a blog or product page.
Most of the time I work quietly behind the scenes.
But if something isn’t quite right, it’s my job to make sure it gets fixed.
